At Sweet Caroline's, we believe the best hospitality feels like something you've been missing without knowing it. Our café on East Front Street was designed to slow time — to turn a quick coffee stop into a moment you didn't plan on having but are glad you did.

By morning, our baristas pull single-origin espressos from locally roasted beans, pair them with house-baked pastries, and pour pour-overs with the kind of patience that makes the ritual matter. By night, the same space becomes something quieter and darker — a cocktail bar where the gin & tonics are built around botanicals from the region, and the wine list is curated for the person who wants to try something new without leaving their comfort zone.
